We never have knowledge of your credit card or other financial details. Whether you choose to pay with your credit or debit card using SECPay or to use your PayPal account your details are transmitted and stored under the strictest security.
We use SECPay, a payment service provider approved by our bankers Barclays, to process your credit or debit card. SECPay use Thawte Certificates to ensure privacy during the transmission of credit card numbers. At no point during and after card processing are card details transmitted or stored without encryption.

You can also register for the Premium Area using a PayPal account. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Please remember : the weakest link in the chain as far as security is concerned is your own computer.
Make sure you have the latest version of your Web browser installed on your computer and that you have installed the latest Service Pack for your operating system. Update your anti-virus software regularly and use a firewall to protect yourself against unauthorised access to your computer which might compromise your credit card details and passwords.

We will never sell or pass on your personal details to any third party other than SECPay, our payment service provider.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we will collect about you includes your name, address and e-mail address. We collect information about you for 3 reasons:
- To pass on to SECPay so their system can check your personal details against your credit card details as a means of preventing credit card abuse.
- In order to keep legally required accounts for our business.
- So that we can confirm your registration and send out important announcements by email.
If you subscribe using a PayPal account we only need to know your name and email address. PayPal do not share your other personal details, such as your home address, with us or anyone else.
We will only use your email address for Official Announcements. That is, important legal or service announcements and NOT notices of updates etc. If you do not wish even to receive Official Announcements we give instructions in the FAQ of the premium Area on how to opt out. But, please note, Official Announcements are only sent out by email and not by post.
Our Registration software and Forum software each issue a "cookie" (session cookie) which is stored temporarily on your computer and only until you close down your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening but, if you do so, we can take no responsibility that our Registration software and Forum software will work as intended.
The Forum software can also be instructed by you to add a permanent cookie on your computer so that you do not have to login every time you visit the Forum but we cannot gain any personal information about you even if you choose to do this.
